NOAH Resurfaces

After disappearing from the Web for a few hours, the New Orleans Affordable Homeownership Web site is back up with a few notable differences. In the About section, NOAH provides a more thorough explanation for what they do in terms of programs: lead abatement, roofing (150 new or repaired roofs in the past two years), painting (the site says that NOAH has painted 1200 homes in the past five years) and a first-time home buyer’s program in Treme.
Presently, all of NOAH’s programs are funded through federal Community Development Block Grants.
