Amazing... Postpone a presidential debate at the exact moment we need to hear what their thoughts are. Obama is correct ~ the president must be able to multi-task and the nation needs to know their thoughts on how to handle this international economic crisis. Certainly this financial crisis is an appropriate topic for a foreign policy debate due to the worldwide implications. If McMain, who has missed more votes than any other member of the Senate in the past year can't make the debate because he has to be in Washington to vote maybe, he could send Governor Palin to represent the views of the ticket. Now that would be enlightening!
