There is just so much wrong with this picture.-Two Shoeters? - How unsecure is Iraq that a man can take a shot at the president and reload before anyone intervenes? He should not have gotten off the second shoe.-Inside job? - Notice that Maliki is not even ducking. Did he have some reason to believe the shoe-tosser wouldn't or couldn't hit him?-Hero? - Lee Harvey Oswald was never a hero, and he hit his target.
