The New Orleans Hornets have weathered the first half of the NBA season. The  Hornets are playing with more sting going into tonight's game against the Golden State Warriors. Though Backup center Hilton Armstrong's return to the Hornets' lineup was a huge boost, the ailing Hornets proved they still have at least one big weapon in point guard Chris Paul as  Paul's triple-double was too much for the Sixers.

Still without one of their biggest weapons, David West who was voted an All-Star reserve, the Hornets stil Stung the Nuggets as New Orleans beat Denver 94-81and hopes to continue their winning ways when the Warriors come to town tonight.

New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees has plenty to think about these days Brees picked up the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Year award. But what's more important for the Saints Q.B. is enjoying life as a new dad as   Brees learns about being a father for the first time.
