Mark Folse booksigning at Maple Street Book Shop

Author Mark Folse, who maintains the excellent blog Toulouse Street, will be signing his first book, Carry Me Home, on Sat. Feb. 14 at Maple Street Book Shop (7523 Maple St.)
Folse's book has received great reviews, including from some Gambit-eers, like former editor Michael Tisserand ("A blend of reporting, memoir and analysis, Carry Me Home is as immediate as it is reflective. It’s more than a love letter to New Orleans – it’s a survival guide for post-Katrina America.
