New Orleans in the New York Times

Posted by on Mon, Feb 16, 2009 at 4:40 PM

A spate of stories about NOLA in the NYT in the last couple of days, including yesterday's double-header: "New Orleans Laborers Become Robbers' Prey" (by Adam Nossiter) and the more Convention & Visitors' Bureau-pleasing take on the town, "Magazine Street: Thriving in the Big Easy" (by Kathryn Jezer-Morton, with a great image by Gambit contributing photographer Cheryl Gerber).

On Friday, Wayne Curtis attempted to explain Zulu to the NYT audience in "The Zulu Parade: A Century of Mardi Gras Tradition." And it's only a matter of time before they write about the scientists.
