Cookbook meets Cooking the Books

Emeril Lagasse was in New York to present Ella Brennan with a James Beard Award for Lifetime Achievement. Last night he was on Jim Cramer's Mad Money talking up his new restaurant at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, Pa., which opens in two weeks, and promoting his products - and miraculously, Cramer heartily endorsed all of it. Captured above, Cramer throws boxes of mac and cheese to liven up his market analysis. Typically, all Cramer cooks on his show are heated predictions (for example, his now famous Bear Stearns assurances). Watch the Emeril clip here.
