One tea party is not enough for David Vitter

His thirst for tea seemingly unslaked by April 15's round of Tax Day Tea Parties, Sen. David Vitter is now brewing up another pot of Earl Grey for fed-up taxpayers. If you want to enjoy a refreshingly rebellious beverage with the senator, or even host your own party, Vitter is throwing a second tea party on July 4. Hot out of my email box (David and I are email buds) comes the news:
At this rate, the guy's gonna open his own tearoom.
