AEG Live, a New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival producer, put together the Michael Jackson This Is It tour, which sold out and was to start in London on July 13. This morning, AEG helped release a couple of photos from a June 23 rehearsal (above). Also, this morning, AEG is announcing that ticket buyers can get a refund, or keep a souvenir ticket. Ticket prices started at $105. Those opting for souvenirs, will have a choice of 8 designs. That's certainly an expensive and difficult to replicate novelty. (And the kind of opportunity the Post Office dreams of.) There was no announcement of plans to extend the tour to future-but-cancelled dates in case souvenir sales go well.

Couldn't they just book Bon Jovi as a replacement? I understand that everyone loves Bon Jovi.
