Carl Weathers for mayor? A political mystery

We have no idea who's behind the Carl Weathers for Mayor Web site, but the notion of Apollo Creed coming back to his hometown and kicking some much-needed butt is certainly a tempting one. Emails to the Webmaster bounced back, unfortunately, so the grassroots movement behind the star of Predator (and Alien Siege and Action Jackson) remains beclouded in political mystery. Still, if Stormy Daniels can do it, why not Stormy Weathers?
This is all reminiscent of a Weathers appearance on Saturday Night Live, in which the actor announced his intention for running for the governornatorship of some state or another:

Whoever set up the site used a proxy server to hide the ownership. It really ought to be illegal for any political group to use a proxy server. Oddly, this doesn't look like a joke. I'm assuming, though, that he wouldn't meet the residency requirements. Like the Stormy campaign, probably just more silly bullshit in a city and state that needs to be serious when it comes to politics.
