Well, it was bound to happen someday

In case you missed it, the Hornets lost to the Mavericks last night in Dallas, ending New Orleans' 8-game win-streak to start the season.
But really, can you be that upset about it? Anyone who thought it would take the Hornets until mid-November to lose their first game was either crazy or from the future; but this is the reality we live in.
The Hornets are now just like every other team in the NBA in that they've lost a game. The Mavericks come into the Hive on Wednesday for a rematch; that's when New Orleans fans will find out what their team is really made of.
