Chad Ochocinco, the infamous bigmouth and Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver, said he would promise a “messy Sunday” before the New Orleans Saints met the team at Paul Brown Stadium, referencing the murder of local YouTube personality Messy Mya, who was shot Nov. 14 — a Sunday. He told the Times-Picayune, “I'm not gonna tell you (what that means), but if you're from the area of New Orleans or anywhere in Louisiana, you will understand exactly what I mean.”
“We as a team are going to have messy catches, messy touchdowns and I’m going to give them the messy shoulder,” he told WWL-TV.
He also called out Saints safety Darren Sharper on Twitter, saying “I'm gonna punch you through your facemask, if u think you gone win You could possibla Neva (messymya),” quoting Mya’s popular phrase, “You could possibly, never.”
Ochocinco is either claiming he'll make a murder scene out of Sunday's game or, as Cincinnati.com suggests, is using Mya as inspiration for his latest round of pre-game trash talk. It's safe to say Ochocinco was a fan of the late comedian; he offered this Twitter message after his death: "@therealmessymya May you rest in peace bruh, tell Slim im bringing the 2nd line band with me to heaven so we can Josephine Johnny 1LUV"

Sharper responded to Ochocinco with this photo and the caption, "see u Sunday bro!!"
