Gambit's Food Revue: a restaurant mashup

Gambit food writer Ian McNulty's reviews are all over the place, quite literally — Brazilian food in a Kenner strip mall, Uptown taco trucks, a Vietnamese bakery in Gretna, halal food out by the airport, and the newest from chef Susan Spicer.

All those restaurants and dozens more will be dishing up their best dishes at the Gambit Food Revue: a huge food fest we're throwing on February 16 at City Park's Pavilion of the Two Sisters. The concept? If you were reviewed by Gambit in 2010 or late 2009, you're invited to show off your best dishes.

It's like a food mashup: Get something from Capdeville and the Hi-Do Bakery. Let La Petite Grocery share space on the plate with Pho King. Never made it out to try Tarka's Palestinian cuisine or Banana Blossom's high-concept Thai? Now's your chance.

Tickets for all this all-you-can-eat are only $45 (VIP tix, $65). Get more information here, or see the list of participating restaurants under the jump.
