Gambit's Food Revue, in review

Thanks to the restaurateurs, chefs, beverage companies and EATERS who came to last night's inaugural Gambit Food Revue. (So tired today. So worth it.) More than 40 eateries — from white-tablecloth restaurants to food trucks — participated, reflecting both the eclectic nature of the New Orleans food scene and New Orleans itself. The event sold out well in advance (apologies to those who didn't get tickets), but by the end of the night, we had all decided this is something we want to do again next year.
