Special birthday wish from 68-year-old man: attention

It's former Louisiana Governor and, as far as he's concerned, Republican Presidential candidate Buddy Roemer's 68th birthday, and all he wants is for his mom — the American voter — but really more importantly his dad — the Republican Party — to spend some extra time with him. And $100.
