MOMS Halloween contest offers prize of membership

The Krewe of Mystic Orphans and Misfits (MOMs) has an annual Halloween party. It's Saturday night at The Howlin' Wolf and British electro pop duo Kids on Bridges (above) headline the event. (The Honey Island Swamp Band and Revivalists are also on the bill.) But it's never too early to start thinking about Mardi Gras MOMs ball tickets, and one way to claim entry is by winning the Halloween costume contest. First prize is krewe membership.
