Junior League savings cards are for sale.

The Junior League of New Orleans is selling Buy, Save, and Serve shopping cards. The card entitles its bearer to 20 percent discounts at more than 170 businesses from Nov. 4 through Nov. 13, and proceeds benefit Junior League community projects, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters Strength of Relationship, Freret Neighborhood Outreach and Samuel J. Green Charter School's Edible School Yard.
The Buy, Save, and Serve Kick-Off party is this Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lakeside Shopping Center (3301 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, 835-8000). Purchase a Buy, Save and Serve card and get admission to the party, which features free food, drinks, giveaways and activities for children.
