Chris Paul will play some basketball in New Orleans in 2011

UPDATE: All tour dates except New York were cancelled when the NBA announced its season will open Dec. 25.
Fans may not be able to see the New Orleans Hornets suit up any time soon, but they can watch Chris Paul and other NBA all-stars play. Paul, Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Carmelo Anthony announced a four-city exhibition game tour. The players take the court at the UNO Lakefront Arena Dec. 4. (Update: changed to noon Dec. 3). Proceeds will benefit the organizers' charitable foundations, including Paul's CP3 Foundation. Each team will have 10 players with the remaining participants yet to be announced. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22 through Ticketmaster.
