PhotoNOLA shows open this week

The New Orleans Photo Alliance's PhotoNOLA includes more than 45 photography shows around the city. Some of the shows are already open. Some open this week. The slideshow above includes pictures by photographers participating in the portfolio review this weekend. Participating photographers will have their work reviewed by photography professionals, including other photographers, museum curators, gallery owners, etc. The public is welcome to peruse their works and meet the photographers at the free Photowalk at the International House Hotel (5 p.m.-7 p.m. Saturday). Also included above are works by last year's portfolio review's honorees, Loli Kantor and Jungeun Lee. See the PhotoNOLA website for more info.
