This March, the inaugural Buku Music + Art Project debuts a two-day event with electronic and hip-hop artists, from the above-mentioned headliners to Diplo, YelaWolf and Holy F—k, among others. Today, the event released its full lineup.
The festival, produced by Winter Circle Productions, announced ticket sales late last year. Winter Circle co-founder Reeves Price said in a release, “The line between hip-hop and electronic music is becoming increasingly blurred,” adding that the Buku festival hopes to connect those genres. Local performers include Gravity A, The Rap Pack and Big Freedia.
Discounted early tickets already are sold out. Other tickets range from $64.50 to $299.50 (available here). Festival dates are March 17-18 at Mardi Gras World.
