Big Freedia's Pitchfork debut

Big Freedia's set at a recent Public Assembly gig (and a brief interview) in New York was filmed by Pitchfork, the online music culture online magazine/guillotine-like hip-gauge curator, whose blessing often makes or breaks "new" artists. Dubbed by the website as "New Orleans bounce maven," Freedia and company provide the most ass baring on the website since that one Flaming Lips video.

As "Freedia Watch" week continues: a reminder she'll perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live at 11 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 25.
