2012 Wellness Expo™ closes with belly dancing

Belly dancers from Hip-ocrisy, a dance studio on Magazine Street, took Center Stage at Gambit’s 14th annual Wellness Expo Saturday, June 9, to close out a day’s worth of demonstrations that included Zumba, self-defense, exercises and natural baby products.
More than three dozen exhibitors had booths in the main corridor of Lakeside Shopping Center, offering information, free health screenings, demonstrations and assessments covering a multitude of health-, fitness-, beauty-, wellness- and lifestyle-related areas. There also were drawings for free prizes at Center Stage throughout the day.
