Reports are coming out that the players suspended over the Saints allegedly bounty scheme have been cleared to play. Jonathan Vilma has declared victory, although the head of the Tulane Sports Law Department, Gabe Feldman, says that this isn't the end.
Bounty-4 aren't out of woods yet. Commish still has another chance to impose discipline, though case is certainly ripe for settlement now.
