Prytania to screen The Room, a work often described as "the Citizen Kane of bad movies"

Widely regarded as one of the worst movies ever made, Tommy Wiseau's 2003 opus The Room has evolved into a cult classic celebrated for its many egregious flaws. Highlights include sub-plots and characters that are introduced and abandoned, continuity errors and out-of-focus camera work. Audience participation a la The Rocky Horror Picture Show has sprung up in various locations, and dozens of homemade videos recreating scenes from the movie are currently running on YouTube.

The lastest stop on The Room's "Love is Blind 2013" world tour is the Prytania Theatre, which will show the film tonight, Friday, January 18, and tomorrow, January 19, at 10 p.m. and midnight. A possible encore showing may take place on Sunday. Filmmaker Wiseau and collaborator Greg Sestero will be in attendance all weekend. Wiseau has been widely quoted as saying that all the film's flaws are "intentional," a claim reportedly disputed by members of his own cast and crew. You decide:
