Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre announced its 2013-2014 schedule. The shows include Lombardi, Hair, Death of a Salesman, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Golda's Balcony. The theater reopens in July with a production of Nora Epheron's Love, Loss and What I Wore.
The lineup includes many of the same shows previously announced for the 2013 season, but delays in renovation kept the theater from opening in January. The last production at Le Petit was Soul Doctor in Nov. 2010. The theater then canceled its remaining season in Dec. 2010 due to financial difficulties. The theater sold part of its building to the Dickie Brennan Restaurant Group, which recently opened Tableau in the space. Le Petit completed a $1.5 million renovation of its space.
The schedule is as follows:
Love, Loss and What I Wore July 19-28
Lombardi Sept. 5-21
Golda's Balcony Jan. 24, 2014-Feb. 8, 2014
Death of a Salesman May 9-24, 2014
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat July 11-26, 2014
