The French CIné Club movies series presented by L'Alliance Française de la Nouvelle-Orléans continues tonight, Monday, Oct. 28 with a screening of La Grande Vadrouille, and Friday, Nov. 1, with La délicatesse (Delicacy), both at Cafe Istanbul inside the New Orleans Healing Center at 7:00 p.m. Literally translated as "The Great Stroll" (but originally marketed in the U.S. as Don't Look Now... We're Being Shot At!), La Grande Vadrouille is a 1966 road comedy set during World War II that stood as the highest-grossing movie ever in France for over 40 years. La délicatesse is a 2011 romantic comedy starring Audry Tautou (Amélie) and François Damiens. Both films will be presented in French with English subtitles.
