Endymion's Progress 2014: 4 days out

Whether it's the rain or the city's new parade rules, things on the Orleans Avenue Endymion route are quite a bit slower than in previous years — no flagged-off sections, no tents, no private port-a-potties. And the spray-painted reservation spots have melted into mud.

With sunshine expected tomorrow, will there be a gold rush for prime Orleans real estate for Krewe of Endymion's roll on Saturday?
