LSU announced today that three players are leaving the basketball program.
Forward Shane Hammink along with guards Anthony Hickey and Malik Morgan will not be back for the 2014-2015 basketball season.
"These three players will not be a part of the LSU program next season," said Coach Johnny Jones. "We thank them for the contributions they made to the LSU basketball team and certainly wish them well in their future plans."
In over 80 starts with the Tigers, Anthony Hickey had 360 career assists and actually led the SEC this past season in assist-to-turnover ratio. He also averaged 9.4 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
Malik Morgan averaged 4.9 points and 3.0 rebounds. The former John Curtis star injured his knee in February in a game vs Auburn.
Shane Hammink averaged 1.6 points and 1.4 rebounds per game over his LSU career.
