Prytania Theatre presents John Ford film series

Strength and simplicity are the hallmarks of a John Ford film. His bold visual style influenced many of the 20th century's greatest directors, from Orson Welles to Jean-Luc Godard. The Prytania Theatre celebrates the films of John Ford in June and July with twice-weekly, 10:00 a.m. screenings of six of his greatest films. Tickets are $5.75. Here's the full schedule:

The Searchers — June 1 & 4

The Quiet Man — June 8 & 11

The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence — June 15 & 18

She Wore A Yellow Ribbon — June 22 & 25

Stagecoach — June 29 & July 2

Mister Roberts — July 6 & 9
