There's something about watching Steven Spielberg's classic movie Jaws that makes you feel summer truly has arrived — especially in an outdoor screening near a body of water. Weather permitting, the New Orleans Film Society will make that happen on Friday, June 5 (the planned May 24 screening was rained out). Presented at the Riverwalk's Spanish Plaza, 500 Port of New Orleans Place, the screening begins at sundown (approximately 8:30 p.m) and is free and open to the public. Pets and outside food are permitted. More info here.
