SHOTGUN HIGH NOTES EXHIBIT. Preservation Resource Center, 923 Tchoupitoulas St., 581-7032. Exhibit showcases a dozen historic shotgun houses once occupied by New Orleans jazz legends. Free admission. 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, through March 31.

NOVAC TEEN VIDEO WORKSHOP. 4840 Banks St., 486-9192. Hands-on workshop offering teens a chance to explore the creative process, learn essential technology skills, develop media literacy and express their views on social issues. Fees and materials $150. Enrollment limited. 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, through April 26.

FLORAL BOUQUETS AT LONGUE VUE. Longue Vue House and Gardens, 7 Bamboo Road, 488-5488. Exhibit gallery will display a selection of rare books and prints devoted to floriculture from Longue Vue's permanent collection of engravings and lithographs of camellias, magnolias and roses. Free with Longue Vue admission. $10 adults, $5 children.
