HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH. Shim Sham Club, 615 Toulouse St. 299-8932. All Kinds of Theatre and Running With Scissors presents the off-Broadway collaboration by actor/singer John Cameron Mitchell and musician Stephan Trask. JITNEY. NOCCA/Riverfront Lupin Hall, 2800 Chartres St., 940-2875. August Wilson's Pulitzer Prize-winning play returns for a special extended run. Director Wendell Pierce, Shriff Hasan, David Koté and the rest of the original cast reprise their roles in this audience favorite that explores the lives of African Americans. Tickets $20. KIKI LE BONBON'S CABARET OH-LA-LA! Le chat noir, 715 St. Charles Ave., 581-5812. A rework of the campy show, reminiscent of Vaudeville.
