To our favor, this Chardonnay is forging its own identity. It bears a Native American name and hails from California's sunny Central Coast. But all this viscous wine thinks about is the tropics, entertaining nose and palate with creamy pineapple, sweet apple and papaya. When summer's warm air takes the chill off, the Chardonnay's fruity attitude lingers in a playful sting of acid and pine. Try drinking it alongside cheese tortellini tossed in pesto sauce.
