The return of the musical comedy documenting the cuisine culture of New Orleans, told from the viewpoint of waiters and waitresses. COME BACK TO THE 5 & DIME, JIMMY DEAN, JIMMY DEAN. Loyola University, Lower Depths Theatre, 865-3840. Group of childhood friends known as the "Disciples of James Dean" reunites on the 20th anniversary of his death in a small Texas town. Janet Shea directs. HONK!. Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre, Teddy's Corner Theatre, 616 St. Peter St., 522-2081. Musical adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tale The Ugly Duckling. Jeri Cain Rossi's story of rock star Chance Tyler, whose fall from grace and subsequent disappearance make him a legend. Rossi directs Erik Corveaux, Christian Middleton, Raphaelle and John Hammons.
