BIANCA'S REMOTE (OUT OF) CONTROL. Le Chat Noir, 715 St. Charles Ave., 581-5812. Drag phenom Bianca Del Rio in a one-woman cabaret show with a series of back-in-time TV parodies, movie vignettes and monologues, complete with costume changes. Roy Haylock stars as Bianca Del Rio. THE BLACK AND WHITE BLUES. Le Chat Noir, 715 St. Charles Ave., 581-5812. Musical comedy documenting the cuisine culture of New Orleans returns for an open run. Writer Ricky Graham directs Russell Hodgkinson, Heidi P. Junius and others. Tickets $21 plus one-drink minimum charge of $6. Performances 7:30 p.m. Mondays.

FIVE GUYS NAMED MOE. Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carré, 616 St. Peter St., 522-2081. Musical revue of the songs of Louis Jordan performed by five men named Moe, who appear out of a man's radio to console him. Brendt Blocker directs Darrin Nelson. Tickets $22-$26. ROMEO & JULIET. Tulane University, Dixon Hall, 865-5105, ext. 2. The Shakespeare Festival at Tulane presents Shakespeare's classic. Aimee K. Michel directs Michael Salinas as Romeo and Andrea Frankle as Juliet. Tickets $20 adults, $15 teachers, seniors and Tulane staff, $7 students and theater workers, with "buy three get one free" deal. Performances 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

THIS AIN'T YOUR BUBBE'S YIDDISH THEATER. Congregation Gates of Prayer, 4000 W. Esplanade Ave., Metairie, 885-2600. Celebration of Jewish culture told through folk tales, music and contemporary stories, led by husband-and-wife storytelling duo Mark Novak and Renee Brachfeld.
