This little slice of Jamaica brings the Caribbean to Frenchmen Street, courtesy
Chef Cecil Palmer, with dishes such as the shrimp Betty: sauteed shrimp in a
lively Caribbean sauce with buttered fettuccine. There's also the popular ceviche:
fish, shrimp, peppers and onions minced and marinated in lemon-lime juice. No
reservations. Lunch Tuesday through Friday, dinner Tuesday through Thursday and
late-night Friday and Saturday. Credit cards. $
