specializes in perfectly aged USDA Prime steaks served with housemade butters

meal with the catch of the day. Even the dressings are freshly made. Thirty-three

People go to Charlie's for one thing, and one thing only: a damn fine steak,
cooked to perfection thanks to the restaurant's 80 years of experience. You can
order a small, medium, or large T-bone or a 9-oz filet mignon -- depending on
availability. For a side dish, take you pick of au gratin potatoes, mushrooms,

Chef Gerard Crozier and wife Eveline welcome diners to their Mid-City French
steakhouse with a grand wine list, several seafood dishes and plenty of beef
