For sushi in Faubourg Marigny, whether your craving hits on weekday lunch or late on a bustling Friday night, Wasabi has you covered. Chef Phat Nguy offers a long list of soups, salads and sushi rolls. You can also opt for cooked items such as the Beef Asparagus Maki, which consists of thin-sliced beef rolled with asparagus, grilled and served with teriyaki sauce. No reservations. Formerly a corner butcher shop, Weaver's has been a full-fledged sandwich ship since 1945. The classic roast beef po-boys with thick-cut wedge French fries is the favorite standard. Gaining fast in popularity, however, is the Weaver's Club: hot roast beef with gravy, hot turkey, ham and two choices of cheeses, served on French or white bread. No reservations.
