CAPTAIN CARTAGUS CANDOO AND HIS TRASH CANNED TREASURES. The Howlin' Wolf, 828 S. Peters St., 427-5462. Discarded pirate Captain Cartagus Candoo takes the lead in multi-media work featuring rod puppets and found objects. THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES. Tulane University, Rogers Memorial Chapel, 865-5106. Tulane University's improvisational children's theater group the Patchwork Players performs the classic tale with an audience-participation slant. Tickets $6.
