The secret to the tandoori prawns is the tandoor, a traditional earthen
clay pot heated with wood charcoal. The meats and seafood are marinated overnight
in a spiced herbed yogurt then baked in the tandoor on skewers, making them
incredibly tender. The prawns and meat are then served on a sizzling platter
with vegetables. Delivery available. Reservations recommended. Lunch Monday
through Friday, dinner daily, brunch Saturday and Sunday. Credit cards and checks.
