The healthy lunch menu runs to sandwiches including the avocado, egg salad and cheese, and the fruit salad combines apples, bananas, pears, grapes, kiwi, oranges, melon, pineapple and strawberries, and can be topped with raisins, coconut or granola honey. Aquarian's is one of the freshest ideas to hit the Faubourg Marigny in some time, with its fresh-squeezed and blended to order juices and smoothies.
