FILMMAKERS COMPETITION. To celebrate Flicker's two-and-a-half year anniversary, filmmakers will have the chance to screen their short films in seven major cities, starting with New Orleans. The anniversary party, which will be held some time in September, will feature a fresh line-up of short films, each under 15 minutes, over two-and-a-half days.
