40 Under 40 Deadline Extended
We would like to thank all of our readers who have already responded to our call for "40 Under 40" nominations; your input, once again, has been invaluable. Courtesy Hurricane Ivan, however, we have decided to extend the nomination deadline. Nominations are now due on Monday, Oct. 11, and winners will be announced in our Nov. 16 issue.
Who do you think deserves recognition? Help us find the best of the best -- teachers, artists, activists, entrepreneurs, citizens who are changing this city and its surrounding areas for the better. The requirements are simple. Nominees must be 39 years of age or younger, live in the New Orleans area, and be worthy of distinction. Tell us about their backgrounds, accomplishments and future plans; be sure to include their exact birth date and any additional information our selection committee might find useful.
