The Hornets offer a variety of ticket packages for fans to see the NBA's best.
The Hornets franchise begins its third season in New Orleans as a member of the Western Conference, which means the team will be competing in what in recent years has been the toughest conference in the NBA. That means fans will see more of the biggest stars and toughest teams playing in the New Orleans Arena. Season-ticket packages for Hornets games range from $11,717.50 for Courtside A tickets, which works out to $272.50 per game, to $860, or $20 per game over the course of two preseason contests and 41 regular season home games.
For fans who are unsure if they can make the 40-plus game commitment, the Hornets also have a series of mini-packages, offering fans the ability to see the games they want to see most or those that best fit into their budgets and schedules.

The "NBA's Best" plan is a 10-game package with tickets to see opponents that include at least one All-Star-caliber player; nine of the opposing teams appeared in the NBA playoffs last season. The package, which starts at $230 for the upper bowl of the New Orleans Arena, begins with the Hornets' home opener against the Dallas Mavericks. It also includes games against the Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs, Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves.
The "Weekend" plan allows those who have a difficult time getting out on a weeknight to see Baron Davis and the Hornets face some of the NBA's finest, including Tracy McGrady and the Orlando Magic, Kevin Garnett and the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Ben Wallace and the defending NBA champions Detroit Pistons. Like the "NBA's Best" package, tickets in this package range from $230 to $480, and it also includes games against San Antonio, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Denver, Houston, Miami -- now with Shaquille O'Neal -- and Portland.
The "15-Game" plan offers lower bowl seats for a mix of weekend and weeknight games, starting with Dallas on Nov. 3. Ticket prices range from $570 to $1,140 to see Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, the Minnesota Timberwolves, Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, Philadelphia 76ers, Washington Wizards, Denver Nuggets, Charlotte Bobcats, Houston Rockets, Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers. Season ticket holders and mini-plans customers receive additional benefits, an important one being the opportunity to purchase NBA playoff tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
