Xavier Laurentino recommends the rack of lamb for guests who desire a more substantial portion. Several Italian pasta dishes have recently been added to the menu. No reservations. LOLA'S 3312 Esplanade Ave. 488-6946 Spanish food may be the latest trend, but New Orleanians have been eating superb gazpacho, garlic shrimp and seafood paella at Lola's for the last decade.
