They say that no po-boy outsells another, which must mean they're all pretty good. It's mostly carry-out, but there is a small dining area. No reservations. Lunch Tuesday through Saturday. CHEESE STEAK BISTRO 528 Columbia St., Covington (985) 875-9793 As you might expect, the specialty here is the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. The restaurant also offers other grilled specialty sandwiches as well as baked potatoes super-stuffed with everything from chicken breast and cheeses to a shrimp and crabmeat combo with cheese and chives.
