THE BESH STEAKHOUSE AT HARRAH'S Harrah's Casino 533-6111; www.harrahs.com This celebrated venture from Chef John Besh of Restaurant August sets itself apart in two ways: top quality meat, and absolutely massive portions. Consider the 30-oz. rib-eye, served with wild mushrooms and garlic roasted potatoes. You could have the grilled sea bass, or the 18-oz., 40-day dry-aged New York strip. Reservations recommended.
