VEGA TAPAS CAFE

THE VELVET ROOM

In keeping with its colorful past, this jazz and blues supper club seduces diners with nightly live jazz and dishes like the Aphrodisiac Duck Salad and the Shrimp Menage a Trois. VENEZIA

VERA CRUZ
7537 Maple St. 866-1736 Vera Cruz gets into the spirit of expansion on Maple Street with a new five-star chef and weekly food specials. College kids show up for the two-for-one margarita specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays and recommend new dishes like the Spanish paella and the chile rellenos (stuffed with either seafood or beef). VERANDA RESTAURANT
