Gambit Weekly is seeking nominations for its annual New Orleanian of the Year, a designation given to a local resident who has made outstanding contributions to the metro-area community during 2006. Elected officials are not eligible.

To submit a nomination, please send a brief biographical sketch of the nomminee and the reasons you believe this person deserves recognition.
