Luminizers can be used to enhance or highlight cheekboones. They give a healthy, dewy glow that's brighter than the dull, matte blushes of winter. To apply, use the index and middle fingers for liquids, and a brush for powder. Brozners mixed with face lotion or foundations can work as a nice natural highlighter on the skin to achieve a golden sun-kissed tone.
